Women on Fire for Christ (WOFFC)

The Women’s Ministry of Startown First Baptist Church is designed and founded on Biblical truth.  We believe that God has gifted each lady for service to further the cause of Jesus Christ.  Our desire as a Women’s Ministry is to equip and encourage each lady through study and ministry as designed in the word of God. As a Women’s Ministry, we strive to help every woman feel encouraged, loved, accepted, adn equipped to pursue a growing relationship with Jesus, while making great godly friends along the way.  Our vision is to develop a caring community of Women who are devoted to Christ, through: • Relationship - deep and significant relations amongst one another • Christ-Centered Focus - Spiritual growth and encouragement • Mission - meeting the needs of one another and those in the community around us Psalm 46:5 “God is within her, she will not fall.”
